The restaurant is named after one of the former owners of the building, nun Agnés Marthe Nicole. The culinary concept is inspired by the building's historical past and today’s modern reflections. The restaurant aims to provide guests with unforgettable culinary experiences by blending the Traditional Turkish Cuisine concept with a unique contemporary interpretation. The food is served on a stylish terrace that offers a breathtaking view of Istanbul.

Guests can expect an exclusive selection of contemporary tastes served at a chic terrace with a magnificent view of the Old Town, Princes' Islands, and beyond. The food prepared in the restaurant may contain ingredients such as milk, eggs, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, and alcohol. For a harmonious service flow, it is suggested that the whole table orders together. If guests have a food allergy, they are advised to notify their waiter. Please note that some of the dishes in the tasting menus contain onion, garlic, and pepper, and the content of dishes is not altered optionally.
