The store is spread across 4 floors, with 2 dedicated to men's clothing, which is a great feature.However, during my recent visit, I had to wait in line for 15 minutes to reach the cashier, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, there is no self-payment option available, which can be a minor inconvenience for those who prefer to pay on their own.Overall, I think Zara Store on Istiklal Street is a great option for anyone looking for quality daily wear, especially for men. The store is well-organized and easy to navigate, and the staff are helpful. While the wait time at the cashier can be a bit long, it's not a major issue and I would still recommend checking out this store.

Bende 260 TL ödeyeceğim pantolonu hatalı almak istemediğimi en azından terzide tamir edebileceklerini söylediğimde , yaptırmak zorunda değiliz , sizde almak zorunda değilsiniz dedi. Müşteri memnuniyeti anlayışınız sıfır. Ben o pantolonu yinede satın aldım ama sırf kızım üzülmesin diye. Çünkü çok beğenmişti. Bir daha bu mağazaya adımımı bile atmam.
