Yener Sengul: 4 geceliğine sapasağlam bıraktığımız 4 aylık köpeğimizi yara bereler içerisinde teslim aldık, oyun oynarken olmuştur dedik ve dert etmedik. Çok halsiz ve yorgundu, iki gün boyunca uyudu ve ishal oldu, üçüncü günde burnu akmaya ve ateşi çıkmaya başladı ve 4. Gün itibariyle ayakta duramaz halde veterinere götürmek zorunda kaldık. Veteriner, kaldığı yerde bakteri kaptığını ve kasların zedelendiğini söyledi. Şu an bir sürü ilaç ve bir hafta hareket ettirmememiz gerektiğini öğrenerek eve döndük. Bu durumları anlatmak için aradığımda ise, hiçbir sorumlulukları olmadığını söyleyip yüzüme kapattılar telefonu. O yüzden buraya köpeğinizi asla ve asla bırakmayın.

I understand that stuff like this can happen in pet hotels, but what surprised me was the owners’ reaction — they adamantly denied that there was anything wrong with our dog. Her legs were visibly red from the rash. So either they lied or didn’t notice / care. Spent a full month treating her after her stay. Be careful. I added photos that show her condition immediately after we came home.

Leila Dorari: My dogs stayed there for more than 3 weeks and they came home safe, healthy, and happy. I received regular photos and videos. I could also see their videos on their Instagram accounts. They had playtime in their garden a couple of times a day. My mom also visited their premises without notice and found the place and the staff member attitude nice and friendly and the place big with different playgrounds. I could make a video call and talk to my dogs and see how they are going. I also used their Pet taxi services and It was nice, there was a nice friendly lady and she also sent me the live location, so I felt safe letting my dogs go with her. Mustafa Gökhan Akdeniz: WE RECEIVED OUR DOG'S BIRTH!On Monday, May 1, I delivered my french bulldog consi 8 months old dog to the royal dog clib for basic obedience training with all his vaccinations and his report card and food. After I delivered my dog, I visited at least once a week and participated in regular trainings. The last time I went to visit him on Saturday, May 20, I spent about an hour. He had no problems and his energy was good. I spent time together, learned about his education, trained and left. On Wednesday, May 24, at around 14.00 in the afternoon, the owner of the training center called me and informed me that my dog had been taken to the vet with the complaint of vomiting. Immediately, me and my husband went to the veterinarian contracted by the training center where my dog is, and we were informed that our dog was parvovirus positive and that treatment was started. We could not see Kopegimix because it was in intensive care, but the veterinarian took pictures and informed us. On the morning of May 25, we received the news of the death of our dog from the same veterinarian. We immediately went to the veterinary clinic and completed the necessary procedures and started the burial process. The completion of our epicrisis and information processes took noon. During this process and even when it was completed, no information was given to us by the owner of the training center. When we called for the situation around 17:00 in the evening, he delayed the matter by saying that he was not aware of our dog's condition. 10 15 minutes later, he called us saying that he was with the vet and that he had heard the news. I left the place where I delivered my dog, who has no disease or eating disorder, to receive training on May 1st, and no information was given by the training center in this process.

This situation made me decide not to set foot in Akmerkez after seeing it, it's a disgrace. It is very annoying that souls are "things" that are sold and displayed in the window. Some are mayy, some are trying to run as far as possible inside the glass... I repeat, but I really don't get it!
