Craig Moore: Overall, what you expect at a W. Staff were friendly, rooms were the typical aesthetic of the W brand, although being an old building some aspects of the room show the age of the building. Location is very convenient with loads of options of restaurants and cafes outside, walkable to the Beşiktaş port (5min), and Kabataş train station (20min).One thing to note, which is my reason for 3 stars, is noise. Firstly, be aware if you are facing the street, it is a lively area at night especially on the weekends. Hotel cannot help that. I was relocated from the 4th to the 2nd floor after my second night. The 2nd floor rooms are located off a corridor behind the lounge without any barrier in between. Most nights, there was no issue. On Friday night, they hosted a special event and there was music at extremely loud levels until 1am. Waiting for the music to cease, at 12:30am I contacted the front desk to ask when it would stop. The manager told me 1am. I told her that I felt it was unacceptable to have music at this level this late with guest rooms directly behind the lounge. She explained the W was a “concept hotel”. I understand the W is a concept hotel, which is why I tend to choose it, but subjecting guests to this level of noise is inexcusable. While sympathetic and apologetic, she did not seem to budge on this being irrational. Management needs to seriously take this into consideration. So be mindful of that.
Gaisho Han: アップグレードいただき、スタジオスイートに泊まらせていただきました。11時には部屋の用意が出来てチェックインさせていただき、16時までレイトチェックアウトさせていただきました。建物？施設？は古くからあるもののようで伴って設備も所々古さがありましたが部屋は清潔でデザインもモダン。接客もWらしくフレンドリーで快適でした。周辺も静かでおしゃれなエリアと、にぎやかな店が並ぶエリアのちょうど真ん中にあり、Wのブランドコンセプトらしい滞在体験ができました。

Mark Calitz: This hotel is located in a great area, walking distance to all in various directions, very clean and tidy, love the staff very friendly. The only problem I had was that the air-conditioning was not working and when complaining was given some excuse about the changing of seasons, that's why, but the screen in the room shows a spanner 🔧.

Jacob Kolosov: I recently stayed at Hotel Vicenza and was thoroughly impressed. Its elegant ambiance, well-appointed rooms, and prime location stood out. What truly made my experience special, however, was the outstanding customer service. In particular, Edjay went above and beyond to assist with an issue I had with Turkish Airlines. His efforts significantly improved my stay and I am deeply grateful. In sum, Hotel Vicenza offers a memorable stay, and I highly recommend it.

David Teo: Stayed here for business for about a week. Room was decent, not the biggest but good enough for a comfortable stay. View from the room was quite breathtaking, overlooking Vodafone Park and the Bosphorus. Unfortunately, service was hit and miss. Sometimes it was great (kudos to the housekeeper for always cleaning the room on time and in a tidy manner), but in other aspects service was also questionable. Christopher Benassi: We had a 2-day stay at the Ritz Carlton and it was entirely disappointing. The first night, there was a 500+ person rave on the “roof” level with the pool. Despite being on the 11th floor, our room was shaking and the music/bass did not end until midnight. The hotel staff apologized profusely, compd a lunch, and said it would’t happen again. And then, day 2 starts AND THEY SET UP ANOTHER STAGE WITH MUSIC. I included a photo below - this one started with a more reasonable ~100 people and then grew progressively. As context, I am a titanium elite member and have stayed at a number of Marriott properties. The hotel management clearly prioritized the revenue opportunities for the concerts over the comfort of their residents. We were not provided advance notice of any of these events.Rooms: Rooms were nice - noise levels were absurdly loud due to the raves/EDM hosted by the hotelWalkability: Not very walkable. Isam Hussein: We loved our stay at Hagia Sophia. The rooms were spacious and clean. Unfortunately we didn't have hot water running in the sink, but shower was more than fine. We didn't expect the standard room to be in the basement, but to be honest, it didn't bother us. Allowed us to have a little patio for morning coffee; also, we weren't planning on staying in the room much as the location of the hotel is incredible. Multiple good restaurants on the same street. Most of our outings were walking distance, and if we needed to go somewhere further away, public transportation was literally a 1 minute walk from the hotel.Staff was very friendly and helpful. Service was great too, only comment would be the breakfast wasn't so great. They had a lot of options but wasn't to our taste I'd say. Hotel outdoor terrace/patio is amazing (charming according to my wife). Outdoor pool is clean. We loved our stay there and would definitely stay there again!

The amenities included a gym, spa, pool, restaurant and tour booking office.We had fantastic views from our room.The hotel is located centrally in the city.It was a nice hotel, but it didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel. They also asked me for a review before we left, which left a bad taste in my mouth, and didn’t feel 5 star. For these reasons, my review is 4 star not 5 star.

Lili: Nous avons séjourné en août dernier et que dire ! L’hôtel est magnifique, propre, le service au top ! Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique. Le petit déjeuner est très varié, la piscine extra. L’hôtel a un emplacement idéal proche de tout. Le seul inconvénient est la douche (trop étroite) car mon mari ne pouvait pas se mettre debout pour se laver. Nous étions au 5eme étage. Sinon tout s’est très bien passé. Je voulais remercie Yasin guest relation et Ylmaz l’homme très gentil qui faisait les chambres. Cuneyt au petit déjeuner très sympathique également. Nous reviendrons sûrement cet été inch’Allah.
Yasmine Sizad: On a passé 2 semaines à Sura Hagia Sophia, nous étions 3 personnes.Au début, on étaient déçus par la superficie très réduite de la chambre, mais ils nous l’ont changé une 2ème et 3ème fois sans problèmes. La dernière chambre était plus spacieuse mais la vue laisse à désirer.Cüneyt et Yusuf, au niveau du « guest relation » étaient toujours à l’écoute, et surtout Cüneyt qui était disponible tout le temps avec un sourire inconditionnel.Le petit déjeuner était varié, on y trouvera sûrement son bonheur, avec un personnel qui assure le service aimablement, surtout Emily et Fide qui étaient adorables et Mr Yasin.Sans oublier Mr Alatine qui s’assurait toujours du bien-être des clients et que rien ne nous manquait, et aussi Mr Mehmet qui s’occupait de l’entretien des chambres.Hormis le fait que l’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, il est loin d’être classé un 5 étoiles!! Sauf qu’avec ce personnel professionnel et engagé, on se sent très bien et même très gâtés…
