We got the best massage of our life, a nice relaxing sauna, and good scrub cleaning. A tip for the owners would be to train their staff to learn basic words to better guide them how to position.

Seyed Mohammad Hosseini-Maasoum: I stayed three nights in December 2022. This hotel was really nice. It was a small hotel but everything was new and really clean. The location is super, very near Taksim square but not in busy and noisy streets. There was only one club in the street but there was no noise or disturbance. So every night, I had perfect sleep. I hear many passengers complain about noisy clubs in other hotel. Be careful never to stay in a hotel in Istiklal St. which is very noisy. Compared to what you pay, you receive excellent service here. The bed is super excellent and gives you the best rest in clean white sheets. The air condition is very up to date. It is centrally controlled for each room separately and you tell them exactly what teperature you want. I called them many times and they politely followed my order until I got the convenient temperature. The washroom was sparkling clean. They cleaned the room and changed towels and put new water, coffee and tea everyday. I took some extra bottles from the service room. The breakfast was very good and various. I think there were about 40 items including sopu and saussages.The staff were polite and nice. I absolutely recommend this hotel and will definitely come back if I am in Istanbul again.

Yagmur Sarar: Öncelikle hijyenik ve temiz bir yer, bu açıdan memnun kaldık. Fakat müşteri ilişkileri ve hizmet kalitelerini biraz daha iyileştirebilirler diye düşünüyorum.Rezervasyonumuz 3 kişilikti, gittiğimizde ise bize ısrarla 2 kişilik rezervasyonumuz olduğunu iddia ettiler. Kendi hatasını kabul etmeyen ve bunu ısrarla dile getiren bir tavır yerine daha hızlı ve çözüm odaklı bir yaklaşım beklerdim. Belli ki oraya yanlış not alınmış.Deneyime gelecek olursak, masaj odalarındaki müzik sesi daha yüksek olursa iyi olur. Müzik sesi çok az olduğu için hem masaj yapan kişinin hareket sesini duyuyor hem de dışardan kapının zili, telefon sesi gibi sesler odaya fazla geliyor. Böyle olunca dışardaki seslerden masaja odaklanması zor oluyor. Dinlenme odasındaki müzik sesinin masaj odasından yüksek olması garip geldi.

In December, I bought the Romantic couple massage package to surprise my wife for my first massage and I was extremely satisfied. Both very clean and very interested, I couldn't wait to come again, then I tried the Balinese massages, it was great, I highly recommend it, we became regulars ☺️
Aybike Köse: Generally successful. I am satisfied with the massages and hygiene. The dressing room may be larger or have a sitting area. It is difficult to get dressed and undress while standing. Other than that, the atmosphere is nice, calm.
Kenan Müderrisoğlu: A facility that has maintained the same staff and quality for years. I think I don't need to look for another place for massage.
İlknur Celik: I went for the first time, friendly staff, clean environment, nice massage, the lady friend who did my massage is very good at her job, but no treats were provided, as it was explained, tea with olives in the rest rooms, etc. I was taken to the rest room because the other customer was dressed in the cabin. My stay was not pleasant, I don't think I will go again.

Ozde Aydemir: Hamile masajı için iki haftada bir gidiyorum, hijyenik olmasından güler yüzlü çalışan davranışlarından çok memnunum. Masaj yapan bayanlarda ihtiyaca yönelik beklentiyi fazlasıyla karşılıyorlar.
