We have many different menus 4 of which we do more frequently.
Thanks to lots of favorable press we have been cooking up a storm since then. Our location is ideal, amidst the city’s major sights. Whether you stay close to us or not, you’re bound to come our way.
We’ll teach you a balanced five-course menu in a group of 2 to 10 persons. And of course I’ll be happy to give you advice on what to see, do, and eat in Istanbul.

Alice Pederkoff: I did a cooking class last night and it was SO FUN! I was amazed by how many dishes we made, and how restaurant quality the final food tasted. She was so good at explaining things that I feel like I’ll be able to make it on my own when I get home. This was a highlight of my trip!
Emma Fleming: My partner booked this as a birthday present for us both when we visited Istanbul this week and it was such a fantastic way to spend an evening and to taste such fabulous Turkish food.It was just us and another lovely couple and Nazli was our chef. Both her and Rocco were great - really knowledgable, fun and excellent hosts. They also catered to us being vegan and vegetarian and we made dolmas, hummus, chicken salad (for the other couple), lentil kofta, and stuffed figs with walnuts. We ate some delicious meals in Istanbul and this was up there with the best.A great way to spend an evening/afternoon learning about the culture, cooking a new cuisine, and eating delicious food with some wine and new friends. hamide mansur: I didn't like it. I'm not a sushi gourmet but they combined crab fish and avocado rice, I think they put stale crab in front of us
Gökçen: First of all, thank you to the person involved. But the food is a complete failure. The size of the sushis is small and tasteless, probably there was a problem with the rice. If the fish I ate at MYK the previous day was fish, what was it? If you are going to put so much soy in the noddle, you should add the less salty one so that we don't have to drink 5 liters of water until the morning. The ramen bowl was disappointing for me, far from the umami of Asia, I can even say that it is made with roux rather than miso. Noodles were overcooked. Japanese culture If Japanese culture is good but lacking in visuals, there is no Japanese culture. If you haven't tried Asian cousine before, it will be a choice that will push you in the first experience, even if you are someone who knows, regret is inevitable. Even if you are a cook, instead of such a bad experience, you can buy 4100g stove noddle or 8kg rice cake or 228 bread or 57L coke or 10L mirin etc. for the same money.
