Chiang Angie: 要check out的時候拼命敲門，都沒有人出來，後來發現是在裡面睡覺...附近的小路狹窄髒亂的上坡路，沙發椅有一邊凹陷，窗戶沒有紗窗。但是房間夠大，蠻舒適的，即使是地下室都有對外窗，洗澡的熱水夠大夠熱，有洗碗機，一樓還有提供飲水機。
anas chabarek: Great location, 5 min walk from buses to both Istanbul and Sabiha airports. Great host Anas, showed us rooms and gave directions to get to the bus. Room was on the ground floor with a window. Clean and spacious (considering other hotel rooms in Istanbul at the same price). We stayed over night in winter, was cold at first, but AC was working well and heated up temp to normal in no time. Had a kitchen with a teapot, working table, etc. Kingsize bed was okay. Bedding, sheets and covers could be newer but it’s not a 5 star hotel. Aside from one flickering light every appliance worked just fine. Instructions in EN, Turkish and Arabic langs.

Erdal Pirol: Absolutely perfect place. Rooms are very spacious and clean. The garden is full of flowers and they smell wonderful. The pleasure of sitting in the garden and drinking coffee was different. I recommend everyone.

Would highly recommend staying here. The location is fantastic, you can walk to all the main sites like Sultan Ahmet Mosque, Aya Sofya, Grand Bazaar, Hamam's and tram stations. Local grocery shops and restaurants are also at your doorstep. The apartment itself is bright and airy and has air conditioning. The bathrooms are marble and tiled, and the shower worked really well. Ozhan was so helpful, was there everyday to meet us when we left in the mornings, always asking us if we needed anything or any help. Replied immediately to any of our messages, gave us recommendations for restaurants and how to easily get to places. Provided new clean towels and linen in the apartment promptly when we asked, and cleaned the apartment also. Ozhan arranged a taxi for us at a very reasonable price, has water downstairs we could take and pay for later. Provided everything we need for a great holiday. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Istanbul.

Also it was within a short walking distance to the Sultanahmet. Ozhan and Ramazan(the hosts/apartment managers) were so kind and helpful. From the time we booked to the time we left they were there every step of the way answering our questions and making recommendations. They genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay. We definitely did and would come back and stay here in a heartbeat!

Info Monostilius: Отдыхали в этом замечательном месте с 4 по 9 января 2023 года. Двое взрослых и двое детей. Квартира очень удачно расположена: недалеко от центра, но в тихом, спокойном месте. Очень приятная, тихая, чистая улочка. С обеих сторон- небольшие парки, с фонтанчиками. В нескольких минутах ходьбы расположен супермаркет, в котором есть все необходимое. Мы иногда готовили дома, нам было это актуально. До основных достопримечательностей ходили пешком, транспортом воспользовались только один раз, для поездки в торговый центр. Недалеко расположена набережная, ходили гулять туда даже поздно вечером.В нашем номере было две изолированные комнаты, каждая со своей кухней и санузлом, что для нас было очень удобно! На каждой кухне небольшая плита и необходимый набор посуды. Также на кухне было подсолнечное масло, соль и сахар, что было очень кстати! В квартире было тепло, обогревается батареями.Хозяева квартиры, Озхан и Рамадан, очень приятные, интеллигентные люди, готовые помочь во всем!Мы воспользовались трансфером, организованным хозяевами, от и до аэропорта, очень удобно и недорого, особенно учитывая проблемы с такси в Стамбуле.В общем, нам понравилось все: квартира, ее расположение, владельцы квартиры, и, конечно же, сам город! С удовольствием вернулись бы еще раз!
soe soe: During this Easter holiday, we wanted to visit the city of Istanbul, a metropolis of over 18 million inhabitants. I chose the accommodation at Ararat Apart. due to its location and positive comments on it. It was a very inspired choice, the apartment is spacious (we are two adults and two children) it has all the necessary equipment, it is clean and well maintained. A great advantage is the fact that the owner of the apartments knows English very well and is more than kind in providing you with any information you need. Anyway be careful if you come by car, it is quite a crowded area, sometimes it is infernal traffic, with few parking spaces available, I was advised to leave the car in a nearby public parking lot (about 10 min. Walk ) where it was a very affordable price, 30 TL per day. All in all, this location is well worth it, being close to public transport (trams) as well as the Sultanahmet area with Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace.

Phil Toseland: EDITED REVIEW.I really can not praise the staff at this place enough, they are fabulous, they really do go above and beyond to help you. We originally had an issue with not getting WiFi, but they came to our room to show me how to log in. Our room was a short distance from the main hotel and my partner was struggling with the walk, no problem, they changed our room with no issues. My first review was done a few hours after getting here, I'm now on day 2 and really can not fault anything. All you have to do is ask and the staff sort it out. Even though the the room we had was nice we didn't move because of that, it was purely to my partners health, the new room, is just as nice.Yes we would one back again.Food & drinks: Nice friendly bar and a supermarket next door for room drinks.
