Sajad Imanian: I visited the Adidas store a few days before the UEFA Champions League Final 2023 in Istanbul, and it was a fantastic experience! The store had the official match ball available, and I was able to grab some exclusive jerseys with the UEFA logo. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the store was well-organized and clean. The only downside was that it was a bit crowded, but that's to be expected before such a big event. I also took some great photos of the store and the merchandise, which I've uploaded to Google Maps. Highly recommend a visit if you're in the area!

Taha Hüseyin YILMAZ: It is a very elegant and simple store. In general, I liked the store and the approach of the store employees, they are friendly and willing to help. I think it was five floors, each floor is a different section. What I like the most is that they make art on the shoes you bought on demand on the middle floor. You pay 350₺ for this service and the lady draws wonderfully, it's definitely a worthwhile price and as I know, a paint that doesn't come off with water is used, so it's permanent.

Mariam Rasuli: I would give zero stars if I could for horrible customer service. Employees are extremely rude. I was visiting Istanbul and my son saw a pair of slides he wanted. I tried calling them but no one spoke a word of English to help and hung up on me. Then I had another location call them and put the item on hold a few days later. After taking taxis and rushing over there the employees kept thinking I was there for yeezys and wouldn’t listen to me. I had to pull up a picture to show them what we put on hold. After purchasing the item I briefly glanced at the receipt and the lady at the register said its done, meaning the transaction. I shook my head and walked away only to hear her call me a maniac. I understand Turkish very well and could have gone back to tell her off but I decided to be the bigger person. I don’t understand how these employees can work in such a highly visited area with tourists and treat people so badly.
