Правда чуть смутила прыткость горничных в уборке))) долго искала свои вещи спрятанные в полки. Наверное, это не самое лучшее решение. Хотя, мужу понравилась уборка.

Sohail Ahmed: We had a great time here. The staff were always helpful. Instayed here with my wife and my 4 children and it was clean and comfortable. Yes it's only a 3 * so you have to be realistic! I'd definitely come back. The location is superb literally walking distance to pretty much everything! When we needed anything the staff were always happy to assist. We stayed here a week and had no issues at all. Thanks guys for making my 1st holiday with my family as easy as possible.Nearby activities: Literally walking distance to all the main places. The blue mosque, hagia sophia, topkapi palace, and the grand bazaar was about 15mins walk.

DuUnA K: My husband and I stayed there for one night (April 27-28) although we had booked it for 3 nights initially.The moment we got to the hotel, the guy sitting in the dark at the reception was extremely rude.Didn’t help with the luggage and looked like he was extremely sleepy or intoxicated.When we got to the room, it wasn’t at all the way they show in pictures.We checked out the next day and moved to a different hotel costing us a LOT more. I then remembered I had forgotten my adidas at the hotel. We came back the next day but they said housekeeping must have thrown them away ( or kept them). They were $90 shoes :(While staying there, side lamps weren’t working and when asked about it, that same rude guy was even more rude and there was a huge communication gap. He hardly knew English!The two glasses in the room were different designs and hangers were just there gathered from all different places.Bed was very uncomfortable and I am six months pregnant.To lose my shoes and receiving this treatment, I would give a zero to this hotel.

Easy check-in, we let them know that we would check in between 1-2 am in the morning and a receptionist was there the minute we get out of the car2. He didn’t ask so much question but to ask our passport and sign some registration paper, hand in the WiFi code and let us rest3. Breakfast is buffet, it’s ok with the choices but they filled me in. So I review the breakfast section and choices this in the + point4. Every time we return back from our trip outside, room is always been made up again and always with the fresh towels.5. Upon check out, it was as easy as the check in process. We check out at 12pm and they let us keep the belonging at the reception when we’re still wondered around before being picked up and move to another hotel.6. The location is really great, in the center of touristic place. Easy to go out and walk around7. Room is clean and good size8. The amenities is also good, we got what we need9. The staff (receptionist) are pretty helpfulThe - are1. The wall is so thin that during 3 nights I have problem sleeping due to noises from other rooms; people making conversation, on the phone, playing music, « private » activity, it’s pass midnights but other rooms are so busy and loud. The other guests are not having a « sense » in a manner of « time to rest or keep it quite behind the closed door »2. Housekeeping moved stuff so I was surprised that I couldn’t find stuff where it was before I left the room3. Due to language barrier, a bit difficult to ask and to understand what the staff say.4. Some advise, I think staff needs to be more friendlier, smile at least and greeting « good morning, good afternoon etc », « how are you today »… just basic greeting

Covers any cons. Russian speaking staff. Helped in everything. Service on top! Cleaning every day. Breakfast and room are clean. Newly renovated, linen and towels are fresh. The neighbors were not heard. It is possible to go up to the roof and sit there alone (but we had enough of our room overlooking the sea). Breakfast, though monotonous, but hearty and not tired for 4 days. A few steps to attractions. Of the minuses, perhaps the noisy street below, with annoying barkers and restaurants. Take earplugs.
