Daria Ku: I'm a new climber but it has become my biggest hobby, so when I was planning my trip to Istanbul, I looked up all climbing gyms there and decided to rent an apartment near this particular one. It was a wise choice!Compared to my local gym, the walls there were too high. This was my only issue with this gym, and only because it was something I'm not used to.Everything else there was just great! From the interesting routes for different bouldering levels, to a wide selection of vegan snacks at the bar (as a vegan, I LOVED it). Unlike my local climbing gym, the mats are made of carpet-like material. The holds vary from your usual climbing holds to some custom ones with engraved portraits or pictures (see photos). There's a moon board and a fingerboard as well! This bouldering gym is very modern, it has big changing rooms with lockers and shower cabins. Downstairs there's also a gym room with dumbbells of all kinds and a pull-up bar. Also, you can find a small shop with climbing goods - shoes, clothes, and of course climbing gear.10/10, highly recommended and would love to come back again 💞💕
CRISTIAN COCUZ: Great location to climb in Istanbul. Close to Metro station. Good english speaking and friendly personell at the reception. A small shop there as well who sells climbing clothing, topos and chalk.Now, the most interesting part is the climbing. I was aiming for 1 trip there to solve all boulders and tommorow will be the 3rd one coming. The problems are at the correct hight and most boulders mid level and up have a crux at the top:) . You can feel like Tomoa missing the top in the IFSC finals.The dont have aggresive overhang but the compensate that with volumes the way the boulders are made.They have as well a nice spray wall , weights+ gym and hangboards.There is also a moonboard but is has 2 downsides:1. The first line of feet holds is really close to the mat. It is hard not to touch it with the heels.2. On the left side of the moonboard there is wall really close. You need to be carefull with the dead points.Go there and crush!
