Dana Dana: So rude and not welcoming customer service I got in Chanel branch. Feelings like I was in bazaar, not in luxury brand store. The saleswoman was so unpleasant, always talking on phone while serving us, she could ask her colleague to serve us if she was so busy. Decided to buy Chanel accessories in Doha cuz of the poor collection and customer service.

I went in just to browse and they still went out of their way to show me different styles. Merve Kalan: Online yaptığım alışveriş tamamen hayal kırıklığı oldu.Dıştan tamamen yeni; kondisyonu iyi ,fakat içten mekanizma kemik olduğu için ( açma kapama yeri )kırılmış bir clutch satıldı.Pandemi sebebiyle ve sıra gelmediği için satıştan uzun bir süre sonra kullanmak istediğimde farkettim. Ürün Fransa Chanel’e gönderildi.Halen de elime ulaşmadı.Yaklaşık 5 aydır Chanel’de ve ürünün yapılamayacağı bilgisi verildi.İç haznenin tamamen kırılmış olmasından dolayı… Ürünü satın aldığımda kontrol etmemek benim hatam fakat bu ürünün nasıl bu şekilde kontrol edilmeden satıldığı da takdir edersiniz ki en büyük hata firmanındır.Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Ürünle ilgili hiç bir talebim olmaması a rağmen “Zaman aşımına uğradı” şeklinde bir açıklamayla geçiştirilmek yerine ürün hakkında bir ar-ge yapılması daha etik olurdu…Satış ahlakına uygun satışlar dilerim…
