sharp Solutions: I wont recommend this dealer to anyone. I bought a watch replica Richard Miller from them. The owner did ask me to inspect the watch which I did I overlooked the 2 missing screws. I packed the watch away never worn the watch on holiday. When I got back home I realized that 2 screws are missing. I immediately contacted the deal. His response was its my fault I must have dropped the watch. I explained to him I have never worn the watch and also if I did dropped it how can 2 screws just fall out. I asked if he can courier 2 screws to me at first he refused. After a few WhatsApp he agreed to courier but at and extra cost of 1200 TL. I was prepared to pay half as I feel its not my fault. He was not prepared to meet me half way with the courier cost. Poor after sale service.!!!!!!!!!
