Woodsview International Nursery And Preschool: what do users think?
B Kh: Thank you so much to Woodsview preschool and Ms.Maresa for making our son so happy and confident over the past few months. Our previous experience (La Petite Ecole) was traumatizing due to the negligence and lack of care for children. We are forever grateful for providing such a safe and fun environment that has empowered our son to learn so much in the short time that he has joined Woodsview. If you are looking for a safe and secure preschool for your beloved child, I highly recommend Woodsview.
Grace Cevahir: Woodsview preschool is the BEST nursery in Istanbul. Prior to our daughter attending, I saw every international nursery on the European side, and none of them were as good as Woodsview. The classrooms are really modern and have the best toys. The teachers are absolutely amazing. They care so much for both students and parents. The outdoor space at Woodsview, is simply brilliant. They have everything from slides and swings to chickens that the children can feed. Our daughter learnt so much in her one year there, Miss Alison and Miss Alayna that teach the 2-3 year olds class, are absolutely incredible. Our daughter loved going to nursery and enjoyed every minute. The nursery send out weekly topics and monthly menus via email. They also send daily photos of the children in their class over WhatsApp.Thank you so much Woodsview preschool for making our daughter so happy over the last year. For providing such a fun environment that has enabled her to learn so much this year. We are all so sad to have left your nursery, because you are the best nursery in Istanbul. If you are looking for a nursery or kindergarten for your little one, look no further because you’re not going to get any better than Woodsview.

Tarabya British Schools: what do users think?
Olga No2022: It is pathetic to see that the school uses its own staff to write 5-star reviews ( Sercan Senyuz, Steve Phillips, Mark Longbottom) all of them are school employees. Do not be fooled by their reviews. They are on TBS's pay roll. The school lacks any standards, they are short of openly selling the diploma. If you do not care about your children then this place is for you. Stay away at all costs!
Rauf Aghazada: i did not like the place they don’t care about the kids they have rude attitude
pubg emir: pubg girek mi
oker nebe: Merhaba ben MUSTAFA SMALL okul süper nice beğendim guzal 😂
Sercan Senyuz: During my seven-year tenure at TBS, I have had the opportunity to explore various roles, culminating in my current positions as Headteacher and Director of Administration. One of the primary focuses of our school is to equip students with the necessary skills to thrive in the global workplace, empowering them to forge successful career paths through the selection of optimal subject combinations. Our medium of instruction is English, and we ensure that all students complete the Cambridge International Curriculum. At TBS, we take pride in fostering an inclusive and diverse school community, which allows every staff member to fully showcase their abilities. We believe in providing a supportive environment that encourages collaboration and growth for all individuals involved. Moreover, TBS holds the distinguished honor of being the sole school in Turkey to achieve the highest level of COBIS accreditation, known as the esteemed Patron's Accredited Member status. This accreditation serves as a testament to our unwavering commitment to excellenceFeel free to contact for further information.
FURTER MALHERBE: TBS is a wonderful school. Its dual diploma system ensures and highly talented teachers ensures that students are able to go on and study at the top universities around the world. Highly recommend.
Mark Longbottom: In August last year I was invited to carry out some teacher training at TBS. Not only was I amazed by the campus itself but the friendliness and opened of staff truly was incredible. Throughout each workshop the staff were all engaged and adopted a focused growth mindset of how they could build on their pedagogy. It was such a lovely experience and I sincerely look forward to the next opportunity of going back! Thank you all so much!
Arshan Uludogan: Andrew Tate W
Steve Phillips: I’ve been visiting the school for many years and have always had very positive experiences. The teachers are all professional and the students very engaged in their learning. The university progression for the UK and other countries is exceptionally high, very successful students.
Lisa Koepfgen: I am an experienced American teacher who has taught in three different countries. I accepted a job offer to teach Pre K at Tarabaya British Schools’ Yeniköy campus and moved from Thailand to Turkey.Upon arrival, I discovered that I was the fourth teacher that my Pre K class had seen and it was only 6 months into the school year. I later discovered why. They signed a contract with me through August and despite finishing out the school year, they failed to pay me.The school also claims they use British curriculum, but this is far from the truth. When I arrived there wasn’t a curriculum to follow and I was told to steal my curriculum by searching for images and worksheets on Google, removing any copyright info and then to copy and paste it onto a word document with a Tarabaya School header. The parents pay an expensive tuition for British Curriculum, but never receive it.In April there was another teacher who was promised a work permit, residency, insurance, but the school gave her the run around and would not fulfill their promise despite her teaching for four months. She then returned to the UK and they stiffed her in her earned pay. I then was asked to teach her entire class without any help from the Turkish teachers. I was more than happy to help, but thought the classes should be split up among the three remaining Pre K teachers equally.I was then bullied and harassed as they requested Pre K meetings 10pm at night. In the midst of the pandemic and the lockdowns, they showed up at my home unannounced and demanded I go with them. They asked me to get into a car with them to meet Mehmet. Again there was no appointment and with the stay at home order I was not even properly dressed to leave the house. Yet they insisted I go and violate social distancing orders which I could be legally fined for. I no longer felt comfortable in my home as they thought they could stop by at any time and order me to go places with them.Despite this, I finished the school year online and had great reviews from my parents. Mehmet, the school owner promised me that the rumors of other teachers not receiving their pay was not true and that the school is in great financial condition and will fulfill their end of the contract. Then I found an article in the newspaper that states they have not paid the school’s rent in more than two years. There are also many reports that other teachers have made about not receiving their pay all over Istanbul’s Green List and Black List groups as well as pending lawsuits. When I messaged Mehmet to tell him I did not receive my paycheck, he blocked me. I messaged Melis and received no reply. I learned that this practice is the very reason why my class had four teachers in one year. The school is involved in many illegal operations. Please be careful if you wish to place your son or daughter in a class there.
Eren: As an ex student in this school, I would not recommend it in the slightest. The only reason why this school isn't demolished yet is the way it is marketed to the parents of potential "money bags" (at least that's how the founder of the school would put it). The staff is genuine for the most part, didn't have a bad time with the majority of them. I do know, however, that they were deprived from their hard earned paychecks while I was enrolled there.Which leads me to the main reason why you absolutely shouldn't enroll anyone you know of here. They care about money, not students or how their qualities are. If they are smart, they are privileged to pay less. If they have a twisted personality, it can always be covered with some banknotes. I'm still waiting to get my money back for the year I DIDN'T study there.Puddings were decent, but I hope that's not the only thing you are looking for in a school. If so, please feel free to send your kid here :)
Ahmed Henedy: Keep far away from that school.!! And you will not find out until you enroll your child..!!Very very very BAD
STEPHEN JOHN: I have been here since the beginning and have never seen a school grow so much and the biggest aspect is that we care about the students.100 percent university placement
yasemin ozhatay: mediocre at best. I'm a student there, and my experience wasn't good nor bad. The only major complaint I have is about the attitude of some of the teachers have towards learning. It's like a few students don't even't exist in their eyes.
Louie Moore: wonderful advertising, zero substance! Everything they do is just for show and they don't care about the well being of the students, nor the teachers. For more information read the yelp reviews for this school.
Ali Eser: Don't like schools for privileged minorities I'm sorry.
Oktay Kaya: İdeal konumda
İlhan Yenidünya: I wish you would teach your children, whom you send to English schools, who English people are.
Ne Dedi: Although it is an English school that constantly changes teachers, it is an institution where 70% of the students are Turkish and most of the teachers are newly graduated trainee teachers.
RE EM: I heard thisschool was for “special” children so i sign my kiddo up and he’s blossoming up like a real champ😁🤠🍗🏅🏆
Bubu bigger: very good school

Istanbul International School: what do users think?
DİLEM ÖZTÜRK: I READ THERE
Roelof K: Maintains high standards
Angus Gillon: A modern school with excellent facilities. An experienced group of teaching staff who offer the best opportunities to those who embrace the wish to learn.
Nehir Inceoglu: I was a student in this school( in tr ) for 11 years ( i was in this school from pre-school) then they told us that they are closing the trs i was extremely sad because i had friends from different cultures and i know that there is not a school like this ,so i had to change my school so i did but i miss my own school i never had fun like that before .So if you are asking me what i dont like about this school its only that the fact that they closed the tr section i had to change my school for only one year cuse i was a 7th grade in this school...I just wanted to say if you are a student in this school you are very lucky...Fun fact: they have a amazing english lessons,so believe me or not you will have a amazing year...So thats the reason i give this school 4 starts :)Have a great year...ps:Luch is not that good but you can deal with it -Just to remind you this school is amazing and you should be a student here...(Dont give stars in any way if you didnt actually know this place)again ,Have a greay year👍
Shakoor Raheem: It's definitely not a good school. Their both primary and middle campuses are like extended pigeon cages. The high fee doesn't match the standard of the school. The school administration seems only interested in minting money. Some of the teaching staff also lack skills required for an an international school.
paris khezri: can i know witch languages they are learning ?
Wisam Al_Mufti: school fees very high and not justified comparing with international schools and local economic costs, please try to do your best to expand and offer reasonable fees!
Mohamed Nassar: Refund money processing is the worst thing...
Mostafa: Great school with great teachers. A learning environment that allows many opportunities for its pupils. Here in IIS, not only do we grow intellectually, but also spiritually. The teachers are highly qualified and very understanding and patient. It's a learning experience many of us are very lucky to have.(P.S. In no way am I writing this so I could get a good university recommendation.)
Recep Koval: Your children are taking firm steps towards becoming good children by learning a good language.
Samreen Imran: Its the best international school by all standards but yes food quality needs to be improved
Matthew beadman: I find the school to be more than adequate in terms of academic education and their support for students. The food however could be better.

International Small Hands Academy: what do users think?
Mikhail Galustov: Amazing
Alexey Vrublevskiy: Considered it but never chose it (location in terms of commute was impossible for us). Were looking at a group for 3-year old kids.Summary: very good (environment wise) kindergarten in English only with amazing Principle named Lacey but value for money have to be considered thoroughly according to individual preferences. From my pint of view at this age for the kid it's very important to socialize as much as possible with his peers and be active a lot preferably outdoors - and that particular kindergarten ticked all those boxes perfectly.IMPORTANT: Vibe from the Principle (her name was Lacey) was MAGICAL - i got the vibe that she really knows what she is doing and that I would trust her with my kid 100% and that she will help me in any way possible (she actually did even though we were not students there)From my point of view principle is one of the most crucial factors to consider when choosing the right place for your kid (because it has to feel right for you as well).Pros:- right in the middle of nature, lots of outdoor space for the kids- native speakers- stuff does not speak to kids in Turkish at all (even if the kid is Turkish and does not speak English )- kids spend time outside as much as possible (even if it's raining or snowing, they have all the required gear for that at the premises)- they teach kids to be self sufficient from a very young age (2-year old group)- everything build on trust: parents leaving their kids at the gate, so no involvement of parents throughout the day- very helpful staff, seems like a very nice environment (kids, teachers and parents wise);- very closed from outside world, so feels very safe inside (like separate private world)Cons:- value for money: 2 200 usd per month as of 2023/2024 school year;- too many holidays (compare to other kindergarten)- full-day hours are shorter than average (9 till 3 pm or 1:30 pm, do not remember exactly)- apart from the staff being native speakers no proof of any work-related education or long work experience with the kids provided (policy is that you have to trust kindergarten decision to hire the current team members)- breakfast is not not included, you suppose to feed your kids before bringing them in;- no physiologists at the premises or which comes few days a week (to help solve some conflicts between kids, understand kids individual pattern better)- no trial run for a few days to see if your kid will like the place or not
Sahin Urgun: I accidentally gave one star, correcting it.
Hakan Ayık: Top school

Muntasir Mohamed:
Anass Habrah (GoStartBiz): Very qualified administration. BUT, I have noted that during the 2022-2023 academic year, the school has seen a decline in performance.Additionally, the math teacher in the seventh grade has been more focused on national issues rather than math teaching, which has resulted in difficulties for the students. As a result, I have decided to hire a private math teacher for my daughter.
Yekta mhd: Very much high fees, in any way they are trying to get money , daily their fees are increasing, normal services. The rude way of management and no improvement in my kid , i am sorry but I don't recommend them to anyone
Mohammad Hussein: Highly overpriced with underqualified teaching staff. Those who have skills leave the school due to lack of appropriate salaries. Some of the positive reviews are by administration staff or paid reviews. They claim to have the accreditation from California Department of Education, while it is a government office that doesn't grant accreditation to non-California schools, much less an overseas school. You need to have ethics when advertising and not just claim to be an Islamic focused school. Totally Deceiving 👎👎👎
Sam Ezz: Good school
Rashad Alami: I compare this lovely school with the international school my kids were in the other Arabian regions, it has triple the performance and one third the price.Proceed Guys you are doing well.Thank you very muchأتوجه بجزيل الشكر إلى معلمة التربية الإسلامية مروة, أسوة الأخلاق الرائعة التى بعث من أجلها خير خلق البشر ليتمها علينا.
Ufuk Orgun: Are there no turks in this school, I always look at the comments foreign names
salma: dont go unless you wanna be told to kill yourself by your own teacher multiple times💀
AHM SAL: The difficulty of communicating with the administration and the inefficiency of the teachers. The reality is completely different. The school cares more about money matters than keeping students. I would never recommend it
Nobels Suites: Assalamo Alaikom wa Rahmat Allah wa Barakatoh dear brothers and sisters in Islam unfortunatey we got in contact with Ihsan International School because we tought like many Muslim parents are thinking that Ihsan School is a good name for a School that give education to Muslim Children and that at least the administration will be done by Muslims. Unfortunately this seems not being the case even they don't know how to answer our Islamic Greeting in a proper way. This is of course very frustrating especially when a School like this use a misleading name.Al-Nawawi said in al-Adhkaar (p. 247):Imam Abu Sa'd al-Mutawalli and others said: if someone calls out to someone else from behind a screen or a wall and says, peace be upon you, O so and so, or he writes a letter in which he says: Peace be upon you, O so and so, or Peace be upon So and so, or he sends a messenger and says: Give greetings of Salaam to So and so and the letter or messenger conveys that, it is obligatory for him to return the greeting. Similarly, al-Waahidi and others stated that it's obligatory for the one to whom the letter was written to return the Salaam when it reaches him.Especially when you are of the administration in a majority Muslim country according our religion and manners it's very rude not to answer in a correct and polite way!!! I belief this will be the case for all Arabic and Non Arabic speaking Muslims and we wished that we found the right school for our children but of course we have in this case our doubts about it and many big questions remarks.

BrightKids Atasehir International Preschool: what do users think?
KEMAL GOKHAN AYAKSIZ: Hi do you help with celiac children thank you
Hande Pak: Aside from the fact that my daughter and I had the happiest 2.5 years, the comments about the English level at the school she started after Brightkids are proud.
Mutlu Çoban: Thank you very much for the interest of the lady, especially Pınar, a family environment where you can safely entrust the children 🙏🏻❤️❤️
Ceren Renci: An educational institution where you can safely entrust your children ❤
gozdem hatiboglu: It's a wonderful school with a family taste.. Meals and afternoon breakfasts are very healthy.. Everyone is always smiling.. We love Pınar lady and her staff.
Ibtisem Şadoğlu: Best school ever ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ ! I started sending my son to Brightkids since he was 3 & seriously this was the best decision we ever made for me. He was coming back from school happy every single day, there’s such a friendly , positive, lovely international environment at school. We went there for two years, & we made such nice memories, we met so much lovely people thanks to this amazing school. Teachers are so friendly and caring. They would give you a detailed report of your child’s day when picking him up, & they get back to you immediately anytime you contact them during the day. Sending photos, videos, or whatever extra care needed. My son literally LOVED to go to school, and he got the opportunity to be in a very positive, friendly international community. He learned thanks to Brightkids, to love and respect other cultures.I highly recommend Brightkids for all foreign families and also Turkish families who wish their children to be bilinguals. ❤️❤️❤️
Hala Zamrik: I couldn't thank this school enough for taking care of my son since he was two years old. Since day one I could notice that they pay attention to the smallest details. Always keeping me up to date with every single step of the day. Sending pictures and videos of daily activities and writing notes about his food intake. I liked that everyday when I picked him up his teacher would brief me on his day as if I was there the whole time. Not missing out on any development.Brightkids atmosphere is very friendly and everyone who works there is super creative. They always come up with new ideas to attracts kids attention and help them learn new things. My sons reading skills have started when he turned 3 years old and was developed in school. His teacher would notice his passion for reading and would ask him to bring his favourite book and read it infront of his classmates to boost his slef confidence.Thank you Brightkids team 💙
Ivy Amess: We love Brightkids. The classrooms are bright and colourful with work that the children have done. The staff and environment is amazing, and as a result the school has a positive welcoming vibe when you enter. It is clear the staff and Director really care about the children, they are always pleasant and cheerful, which is a rare and refreshing quality.
Amira Farag: Positive:ProfessionalismThey know very well how to make any child adapt the place very quickly they are very professional they teach kids with heart and in a fun way tooThe place is very clean .. food is very healthy and deliciousI would highly recommend them
Ayca Demirci Turgay: I enrolled my son in Ataşehir Brightskid at the age of 3, I chose it because it was close to my workplace. It was such a right choice that my son made a noticeable improvement in both establishing relationships and socialization, as well as English language and communication in a very short time. Teachers and management are also very good.. I highly recommend
ghizlane ilbeyli: I was invited to the school for an observation as a part of interview process, I will tell you that this school DO NOT TREAT ITS STAFF with respect and kindness, and I refuse to be part of a team that doesn't hold on to such values.
Özlem Alaçam: I highly recommend this educational institution with its competent, field-experienced manager and quality teaching staff.
Selcan Güner: It has one of the best teaching staff to ever see. I was very surprised and emotional when I saw how quickly and effectively my child learned English. I am very glad that I chose BrightKids for my child's education.
