Karl Pope: This place is equivalent to a 2 start hotel. The room was clean, simple, in the basement and has a slight mildew smell, we can't open the windows because they open onto the street, the shower was broken, and we got to pay the same as the other rooms.The shared kitchen is on the top floor, a kettle and microwave to cook with, and there is only outside seating. There are nice views if the weather is good. Overall you can find nicer places cheaper in this area.

Christopher Benassi: We had a 2-day stay at the Ritz Carlton and it was entirely disappointing. The first night, there was a 500+ person rave on the “roof” level with the pool. Despite being on the 11th floor, our room was shaking and the music/bass did not end until midnight. The hotel staff apologized profusely, compd a lunch, and said it would’t happen again. And then, day 2 starts AND THEY SET UP ANOTHER STAGE WITH MUSIC. I included a photo below - this one started with a more reasonable ~100 people and then grew progressively. As context, I am a titanium elite member and have stayed at a number of Marriott properties. The hotel management clearly prioritized the revenue opportunities for the concerts over the comfort of their residents. We were not provided advance notice of any of these events.Rooms: Rooms were nice - noise levels were absurdly loud due to the raves/EDM hosted by the hotelWalkability: Not very walkable. Probably a 10-15 min walk from anything useful

Erick Galguera: We have stay in other Ritz Carlton’s and this one was not up to your typical Ritz Carlton standards. Our room was not cleanwhen we came in (hairs in the tub, toilet paper in the toilet and lipstick stain in the pillow case. When we call the front desk, they send someone to clean our room again. Normally in other hotels, even lower stars than Ritz and other Ritz we have stay would just apologize and give you another room or try to give you something for the inconvenience, well not this Ritz Carlton. There’s no nice complementary water or anything when you walk in. Just a metal detector to walk through. The hotel it self looks outdated.To say the least, it was just a room to sleep in with out the 5 star expectations.

Beautiful park right outside the hotel (behind the wall) Very practical also in terms of transportation (trams, trains, ferry) nearby. You can get anywhere from this hotel as a base.
Robert McDonald: The location of this hotel is amazing. Just a few minutes from Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque with an amazing views of the city at night. It's in a touristy area but very quiet at night. The breakfast and tea time was fantastic. However, the best part of the hotel is the service. The staff treated us like family and were always available if we had any questions or simply needed water. Overall, this is the best hotel experience I've ever had.
Mirza: I rarely leave reviews but I couldn’t help it because I’m absolutely blown away by the entire experience staying at this hotel. The staff is professional and kind. The rooms are very clean and have super comfortable beds and it’s very quiet at night. Even the towels in the room are pure perfection. Leave your “flushable” wipes at home because they have toilets with built-in bidets 👍 amazing! This is also the first hotel I’ve been to that offers free cold water bottles so you don’t have to go buying and lugging around a big pack to your room. The plentiful variety breakfast spread is always fresh and offered late into the morning until 11:00AM. I still managed to sleep through that one morning but that’s beside the point. They also leave Turkish delights in your room that are so good that even a person that usually doesn’t like delights, like myself, will enjoy them. I would highly recommend going through the hotel, any hotel in this area, for transportation from the airport because they’ll use a transport service familiar with the area. I didn’t do that and had to walk two blocks with my luggage because my driver didn’t know how to get to front of hotel. Thank you to the entire staff of Sirkeci Hotel!

Noor Malik: From Claire and Noor hope you are all well.Although it's been along time since we have stayed in a small hotel, it was really good, the breakfast was small but it was fine.Staff are friendly and speak good English.Been to a lot of hotels but the staff are really good in this hotel and make you feel really welcome to even stay again by coming back in the future maybe.Rooms are fine with complimentary Turkish delight, I tryed it out and it was nice.Didn't use the pool or gym etc in the hotel, they looked fine when we had a look at them.Other then the hotel we also enjoyed are time there even if it rained some times, we just got a rain coat and wore clothes that would keep us warm as it was heavy rain.Some times it was warm so it was fine.🙂

Raju Kotecha: Highly recommended!! Great location in Sultanahmet area with most of sightseeing places within walkable distance. We also enjoyed the complimentary sauna and self-serve hamam facility. Breakfast is an absolute delight with continental, turkish and freshly made hot options to chose from!! shuruk: It was our first time in Istanbul, and we were so lucky to choose this hotel .. the manager and the staff are so nice, helpful, and welcoming.. the breakfast is so good .. the room is clean and, in general, it's a comfortable hotel in a quiet, safe neighborhood, and the vibes feel like home .. definitely next time we're coming back .. they made our experience 10 times better, and we will miss them .

hong tam: I stayed here for 5 nights. Nice and clean rooms. Friendly staff. I took one of their free farmers market neighborhood walk. The experience was awesome! Strongly recommend trying that if you stay here. The hotel breakfasts are wonderful (with some different variations everyday). There are great restaurants nearby. Walking distance to the important sites are around 10 minutes or less.
Ramesh Bachuvala: Location - Location - Location !This is one of the best hotel you should consider if you are visting to Istanbul. We coordianted with hotel for our private shuttel service. Once we are exist 13 from airport our shuttel is waitng and the ride is very smooth. It will take 40-50 min drive based on traffic conditions to hotel. The hotel room is very clean and the staff is very friendly. We are family of 4 and we got connected room for kids and adutls. The rooms are very clean. Morning breakfast is very good. Its very close to many attractions and there are lots of shops around. We havent used taxi or tram all by foot. It was more fun walking around and checking all stores. You will never go wrong with this hotel and BEST IN TOWN to consider this hotel. ARAZ is the best guy he helped us during our stay.

Monorail: It was unclear before we went, so I want to mention they do have king size beds available. We had a top floor room with a balcony, slept with the door open most nights, and for being so close to the heart of the tourist area, was pretty quiet neighborhood. Good breakfast buffet with filtered coffee available (american style).Would also recommend the tour. Had concerns that it would be a way to get you to visit a particular pottery shop, or restaurant, wasn't like that at all. The guide was very knowledgeable, showed us around and seemed to just enjoy showing off his beautiful city. I tipped him at the end, but got the impression it wasn't really expected, or needed. Feel like the hotel spent money on me for a change. Hamoon B: We held our wedding at Six Senses. This was a destination wedding so for the past 6 months the event team had been working with us at all different times of day to match the time zones. Seda was amazing and making sure all of dreams come true from the smallest requests to the biggest the answer was never no it was always we will find a way and they made sure that they made it happen. Unfortunately we did not take lots of pictures of the food but I was able to take one of the courses and the breakfast day after. The whole food was amazing truly a 5 star chef! The food was fresh and super tasty. The services for us to get ready was also outstanding, they literally pressed my tuxedo in 30 minutes. The service on the day of were super amazing, Volcan stayed with me from 6 pm till 4 am and anything I asked for he quickly made it happen and really reduced the stress. Also wanted to thank Roger as he was so fast to respond to our request. Lastly you will not stay in a hotel anywhere in the world that has a better view, service and food!
